Privacy Policy
The short version: Fuzzi Fi stores everything on your phone. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. We never see your pets’ records, your photos or your contact details.
1. Who we are
Fuzzi Fi is published by Aeureon LLC (“we”, “us”). Questions about this policy can be sent to support@fuzzifi.com.
2. What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter into Fuzzi Fi is saved in a private database inside the app on your device:
- pet profiles (name, species, breed, birthday, weight, sex, microchip number, allergies, conditions, diet, notes);
- veterinary and emergency contact details you choose to enter;
- calendar events and reminders, vaccine records, medications;
- pet photos and documents you add, which are copied into the app’s own storage folder.
None of this information is transmitted to us or to anyone else by the app. It is not backed up by us and we cannot access, recover or delete it on your behalf.
3. No account, no servers, no analytics
- No account. Fuzzi Fi does not ask you to register or sign in.
- No backend. The app does not connect to a Fuzzi Fi server. It makes no network requests of its own.
- No analytics or tracking. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs and does not use cookies or identifiers to track you.
- No cloud sync. Data is not synchronised between devices by the app.
4. Device permissions
Fuzzi Fi asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it:
- Camera / Photos — to take or choose a photo for a pet. Only the photo you pick is copied into the app.
- Notifications — to show reminders you have scheduled. Reminders are scheduled on the device using the operating system’s local notifications; no push notification service is used.
- Files — when you attach a document, the file you choose is copied into the app; when you export a backup or share a document, your phone’s share sheet handles where it goes.
5. Your control over your data
- Export: More → Export backup produces a JSON file of your pets and records that you can keep wherever you like.
- Erase: More → Erase all data permanently deletes all pets, records, photos and documents from the app and cancels scheduled reminders.
- Uninstall: deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we have nothing to provide, correct or delete under data-protection laws; you can do all of this directly on your device.
6. Device backups
If you use your phone’s own backup (for example iCloud Backup or Google backup), the app’s data may be included in that backup under the terms of Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies. Fuzzi Fi does not control those services.
7. Children
Fuzzi Fi is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.
8. This website
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate the service.
9. Changes
If a future version of Fuzzi Fi changes how data is handled (for example, by adding optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and the app’s store listing before that version is released.
