Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Fuzzi Fi mobile application (the “App”), published by Aeureon LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What Fuzzi Fi is
Fuzzi Fi is an organisation and reminder tool. It helps you keep track of your pets’ vaccines, medications, appointments, treatments and other information that you enter. The App does not provide veterinary, medical or professional advice of any kind.
2. Not veterinary advice
Nothing in the App — including vaccine status labels such as “Up to date”, “Due Soon” or “Overdue”, suggested booster intervals, or any reminder — is a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. Vaccine schedules, medications and dosages vary by animal, region and veterinary guidance. Always follow the instructions of your veterinarian.
3. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the care of your animals and for all decisions about their veterinary treatment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App and for checking it against your veterinary records.
4. Reminders are a convenience
Reminders depend on your device’s settings, operating system, battery optimisation and notification permissions, and may be delayed, suppressed or missed. Reminders should not be relied upon as the sole method of managing time-critical care such as medication doses or urgent treatment. Keep your own records and confirm important dates with your veterinarian.
5. Your data
The App stores your data on your device only. You are responsible for backing it up (for example with More → Export backup or your phone’s own backup). We hold no copy and cannot restore data that is lost, deleted or erased. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App except where the law expressly allows.
7. Acceptable use
Use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law. Do not use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, injury to or loss of an animal, or veterinary costs, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including from missed or delayed reminders. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
10. App store terms
If you obtained the App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply, and Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
